These are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Costs and Carriers

• Shipping Costs : Delivery is free for all orders placed in France.
• Carriers : We mainly use GLS, DPD, UPS, DHL, GEODIS, and Chronopost to ship your orders.
• Packaging : Particular care is taken in the packaging of your parcels to guarantee their safety during transport.
• Limitations : We do not offer delivery to relay points or parcel relay points due to the dimensions and weight of our goods.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• France :
  • Order cut off: 3:00 PM (CEST)
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0-1 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time : 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Delivery Time : 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday).

Order confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

Warnings

• Delivery Delays : We are not responsible for delays due to public holidays, transport regulations, strikes or other exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

• Shipping Confirmation : You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

The Reception

Prior to any order or purchase, the customer must ensure that each product can be delivered without difficulty. Delivery is made to the address indicated when ordering. The customer must therefore take the necessary measures to ensure the smooth delivery. Any difficulty encountered during the delivery of the products for which the customer is solely responsible will result in the customer being charged the cost of a new delivery of products.

Checking the Goods

• Delivery Check : Check the condition of the goods in the presence of the delivery person and make written reservations if necessary. Note that some products may arrive separately if they come from different warehouses.
• Complaints : Complaints or requests for reimbursement will not be accepted if no reservation is made to the carrier

Damages

• Damaged Products : If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us at customer-service@tools-trails.com and return the product according to the instructions provided.

Return policy

• Returns : We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging.
• Return Procedure : Email customer-service@tools-trails.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include a detailed description of the return, along with photos or a video of the product. Upon approval, you will receive the RA number and return address.
• Return Shipping : Use a traceable mail service for return. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
• Refund : After receipt and verification of the returned product, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
